Services we offer
Nutrition Therapy for Chronic Kidney Disease
Stabilize your kidney function
If you have chronic kidney disease, you may have questions about what you should eat. If you have done any research on your own, you have likely encountered conflicting information and may be confused. That's because CKD is a complex disease with various stages and dietary needs differ based on the stage and cause. Left unchecked, CKD naturally progresses and many people end up on dialysis.
But the good news is that maintaining the health of your kidneys is possible! We can help you by customizing a plan that is specific to YOU!
In our 3 month CKD program, we will meet you where you are and address your most pressing concerns. We will dispel any confusion you might have. And we will teach you how to slow the progression of your kidney disease and how to prevent complications that can arise. We will encourage and support you throughout your journey, and get you to a place of confidence so you can move forward with your life.
This package allows time for systematic instruction and implementation over a 3 month period, covering all aspects of the diet that impact kidney function. It includes 5 consultations, access to Cronometer, 24/7 messaging access, supplement discounts, and accountability to help you make changes to your diet that will help preserve kidney function.
If you just want to meet once or twice, we can do that as well. It's all about you and what you need to get to a place of confidence.
